Information collected
DataPatch may collect contact information, company or owner information, property and project details, service requests, portal messages, quote responses, account information, and files you intentionally upload through an approved client or manager account.
Private workbook gap check
The Data Gap Check runs in your browser. The selected workbook is not uploaded by that check. If you choose to request help, a text summary of the findings is added to your service-request draft. Files are uploaded only when you intentionally submit them through the secure portal.
How information is used
Information is used to review and quote assignments, perform approved title research and data services, communicate project status, deliver work, protect accounts, and maintain the service. DataPatch does not sell client project files or use them to advertise unrelated products.
Storage and access
Portal records and uploaded files are stored using the site’s managed database and document storage. Access is limited by account role, project ownership, and manager assignment. Clients should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Retention and requests
Project records may be retained while needed to provide services, maintain an audit history, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable business or legal requirements. A client may use the project portal to request correction or deletion where appropriate.
MineraLink
MineraLink is a separate subscription application with its own signup, billing, and data practices. Opening MineraLink from DataPatch takes you to that separate service.
